ivardelange is an internationally operating cocktail- and bar consultancy company with a focus on profitable concepts.
Throughout the years ivardelange has done some amazing project all over the world, varying from roof-top bars in New York, Paris and London to launching a new soda brand in the Netherlands. ivardelange's speciality is still cocktails, but has expanded to the whole bar program with a focus on making profitable and talked after concepts.

We can design your cocktail menu, create your bar concept, negotiate distributor deals and through our broad network get you in touch with the right partners. Who is Ivar de Lange
Many many years ago, Ivar de Lange received his doctorate in clinical psychology. While studying for years, Ivar always worked in bars and mainly cocktail bars. He decided to not pursue a career in mental health care, but open his first bar in 2008.
Ivar started making cocktails in 1996 and fell in love immediately. He has seen the cocktail scene develop and used these experiences in his own bar and as a bartender. This lead to many awards, accolades and prices won both with the bar and as a bartender. In 2016, Ivar decides to sell his share in the bars and continu with his consultancy company, conveniently called ivardelange.
